Pasta Cocktail

Pasta Cocktail
Serves 6

Ingredients:

75g of uncooked pasta.
4 Table-spoons low fat mayonaise.
2 Table-spoons of tomato sauce.
2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt.
2 tea-spoons of lemon juice.
A dash of Tabasco sauce.
3 celery sticks.
1 Pepper.
1 cucumber.
1 Red apple.
Lettuce
Salt& Pepper to taste.

1- Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and leave to cool.

2-Mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce the yogurt,tabasco and the lemon juice together. Add the cooled pasta to this sauce and mix.

3-Cut the vegetables and fruit and mix into the pasta with the sauce. Season to taste.

Any raw vegetables will do.
